Story
There was a small pause between our Colombia offerings so that makes us incredibly excited to have it in our line up again!
We will be slowly moving to coffees from the Northern Hemisphere to Southern Hemisphere as those coffees that were harvested in the middle of the year start landing.
This coffee is a gem and is carefully produced by Carlos a loving husband and father who is raising his children on the farm La Granja. His oldest daughter has become a integral part to the family business and keeps a keen eye on the farms books and numbers.
Carlos uses a 36 hour extended fermentation technique, which means after the cherries have been depulped he lets them sit before washing them. We believe this has resulted in more complex fruits in the cup.
