Announcing Tectonic Coffee's First Cafe in West Hollywood: A Dream Decades in the Making:

We are thrilled to announce that Tectonic Coffee is expanding its horizons with its first-ever cafe! Located at 1040 N Fairfax in West Hollywood, CA, we're gearing up to offer you an unparalleled coffee experience.

State-of-the-Art Equipment

Since 2016, we've been offering the finest coffee equipment the industry has to offer. Now, we're thrilled to put these tools to work in our own cafe, featuring cutting-edge gear like a WiFi-enabled La Marzocco Linea PB with scales connected to Cropster Cafe. This data logger allows us to track every element of our coffee journey, from cupping at origin, every second of every roast, to the yield of espresso in your cup. It's no exaggeration to say that we'll be one of the most consistent coffee brewers and baristas around. This means that we can ensure that our coffee is always of the highest quality, and that you can enjoy a consistent cup of coffee every time you visit us. 

Our other equipment includes a Mahlkönig E80 GBW for espresso, an M5 PuqPress automatic tamper, an EK43 Shorty for single origin espresso and batch brews, and a Brood Nitro single tap for our cold brew program. And we’ll be styling all our gear in powder-coated white.

We want to meet our Inner Core Members and we will work on ways to have your loyalty discounts work from our online store to in-store. We can’t wait to meet you in person!  Soon we will be able to offer in store pickup options when buying online which is a fun way to save on shipping. 

A Family Legacy

Tectonic's first retail location marks a significant milestone for Deaton Pigot, a 2nd-generation cafe owner from Australia. With over a decade of Aussie hospitality experience and close to 20 years in roasting, green coffee buying, and wholesaling, he's bringing a world of expertise to this new venture.
