Colombia - La Planada - 2026 - Light Roast

Some coffees mark more than a harvest. La Planada is one of them.

Grown by Nelson Cruz and his family in Laguna Verde, Huila, this washed Castillo lot represents the beginning of Tectonic Coffee’s direct-trade journey with La Planada — and Head Roaster Danny Castrellon’s first trip to origin. After a 48-hour fermentation and careful washed processing with the water-conscious Ecowasher system, the cup opens with delicate white floral aromatics before revealing notes of ripe yellow plum and white tea.
