From the renowned La Tanairi farm in Xinacla, Honduras, Lot 57A is a washed Geisha grown by Marysabel and Moises Caballero—two of Central America’s most respected producers.
This marks the ninth year of our sourcing relationship with the Caballeros, and the 2025 harvest continues to reflect their meticulous care and generational expertise. Clean and expressive in the cup, this coffee exemplifies the elegant side of washed Geisha. While tasting notes are forthcoming, Lot 57A promises clarity, floral lift, and origin transparency.
