High in Ethiopia’s Sidamo region, the community of Arbegona produces coffee with quiet brilliance. Grown by over 800 smallholder farmers at elevations of 2000–2100 meters, Arbegona is a washed heirloom coffee that reflects deep-rooted tradition and care. Each farm is modest—less than two hectares—but every cherry is hand-picked and meticulously processed at a central washing station established in 2022. With tasting notes of bergamot, lavender, and sweet tea, Arbegona is a refined, floral cup that rewards slow sipping.
Sourced via Red Fox and roasted by Tectonic Coffee, Arbegona offers not just a taste of place, but a living heritage in every brew.
